All information obtained through this website is treated confidentially and would never be forwarded onto any third party without your express consent.  All information obtained is used to enable us to answer queries effectively and efficiently, some information is used for marketing purposes.

Terms & Conditions

1. All hires require a deposit to secure the booking.  Fourteen (14) Days cancellation notice is required or deposited will be forfeited. 
2. All hires are strictly C.O.D unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Any damages, breakages or theft are at the sole responsibility of the hirer and will be charged for at full replacement cost.
4. In the event of damage, breakage or theft the hirer will be responsible for payment of next night booking.
5. Any injuries resulting in negligence of the hirer outside normal use of the equipment will be the sole responsibility of the hirer.

Mobile DJ/Hosted Karaoke

The mobile DJ/Hosted Karaoke shows are only available in metro Melbourne.  All shows include 5 hours additional time can be purchased upon time of booking.  Silver Entertainment acts as a booking agent for their mobile dj's and professionally hosted karaoke hosts and accepts no responsibility for their individual actions.  Whilst all due care is taken by Silver Entertainment to ensure that the best available dj's and hosts are assigned to functions, we accept no liability for any of their individual actions, words or performances.

Specials

 The specials listed on this website are only available if the website is mentioned at time of booking.  Specials are only available subject to availability.  The two for deal can be used either in consecutive nights or at anytime during the year from the 1st February - 31 August.  We require three (3) weeks notice prior to second booking . 

The Sydney & Melbourne metro special is only available to the first 10 people that book for any given week.

The TT Scrapbooking discount applies to all Karaoke Jukebox hires until offer is withdrawn.  The discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer, and may not apply to sale items.  Discount is only valid after Karaoke Jukebox has been paid for in full.. The discount is transferable and will only be applied after Karaoke Jukebox booking has been checked.

Silver Entertainment is a registered Australian business and is required by law to charge GST, all hirers will be given a tax invoice/confirmation prior to booking.
