Q. Can we use our own CDs?
A. Unfortunately no, the reason for this is that our jukeboxes incorporate the latest in Digital Technology which means that our jukeboxes do not incorporate cds. This ensures a first rate sound without the boring pauses whilst a cd changes and also ensures no scratched or dirty cds.
Q. Can we choose the music?
A. There is two answers to this firstly No. Because of copyright laws we are unable to run any music that has not come from a licensed supplier. Secondly, Yes as all of our jukeboxes have over 1500 songs to choose from all eras/genres of music this enables the hirer to select any number of songs that they want to hear. All of our machines have discretely hidden delete button meaning that any annoying/unwanted songs that are selected can be deleted from play.
Q. Can we have music videos?
A. It is from our experience and from extensive market research that for party hire video clips are not necessary, the reason for this is that at parties you dont want to be sitting down watching a video clip, you are more likely to be talking to people and dancing thus making video clips pointless and more expensive.
Q. Do you use touch screen?
A. From our eperience and extensive research we feel that touch screen in a party environment tend to not respond consistently as result of many factors; greasy or wet fingers, long nails etc. As a result of this we have decided that touch screen is not a wise option after all if it gets damaged it would leave the hirer liable for replacement.
Q. How updated is the music?
A. We service our machines regularly which includes a monthly update on the music, however in most circumstances it can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks for a song that is on the radio to make its way onto the jukebox, the only reason for this is licensing. All of our music is ARIA and APRA approved.
Q. This sounds expensive can I really afford it?
A. The simple answer is Yes. We have many packages available for hire and have tailored them based on our experience and extensive market research to suit all budgets. We have tried to keep costs at a minimum ensuring that you receive a first rate product with a reasonable price tag.
